Who is John Falchetto?

I’ve lived and worked in Canada, Jordan, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates before moving to France.

I started my professional career as a journalist in the Middle East, then moved to public relations.

In 2003 I realized I wasn’t finding what I wanted in the corporate world so I started my first business, the region’s first outdoor coaching consultancy, Mountain Extreme.

I can share stories about negotiating access with tribal leaders, to leading business owners into the world’s second largest sky cave.

Setting up and growing Mountain Extreme was the best real-life business education I could ever get. From loosing months of work because of arson to meeting and then going into business with a member of royal family, I learned a lot.

I coached hundreds of talented individuals to really define who they are and what they want to achieve in life by placing them in challenging environments.

In 2006 I met Ameena and we teamed up at work first and then in life.

Ameena brought her marketing skills to the business and this allowed us to focus on new projects.

Approached by the Dubai Government, I created a second company in 2007 which pretty much trained every rescue unit (Sherif, Fire department and military) in the Arabian peninsula.

Through those years working in extreme environments in close proximity with business leaders I developed a strong belief that lean and small business operations are the way forward.

My unique methodology focuses on helping you get results in your life by defining your unique strengths, discovering your passions and then finding a way to use that knowledge of yourself to help others.

I am a small business owner, who loves what he does and also because I work with my wife.

We plan, set goals and keep each other accountable.

In 2009 we moved to the South of France with our dog and two cats.  I now run all my business online.

Living in a tiny village, I sometimes feel cut off from the world but I built a lifestyle which allows me to work and spend time with my young daughter, stay healthy by exercising when I want and take walks in the vineyards. We still travel to beautiful places and meet awesome people.
